Linda Viktoria is back with her yummy recipes and introduces you today to her peanut butter granola-balls.


Peanutbutter granola-balls

These are another version of the energy balls. Super easy to bring along to the beach, and the combination of honey and peanutbutter will bring back some childhood-memories.

What you’ll need:

1 dl natural peanutbutter
0,75 dl honey
2 dl old fashioned oats
7 finely chopped dates
1 dl dessicated coconut
1 dl chiaseeds or gound flaxseeds
A tiny bit of salt

How to?

Measure out the peanut butter and honey into a glass bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir together until well combined. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well coated.

If your mixture is very sticky you can chill for an hour before you roll into balls. Put them in a sealed container and keep in the fridge.
