Yesterday once again marked the annual ‘toughest snow kite competition in the world’ the Red Bull Ragnarok.
This year saw 350 kiters take to the snow cover mountain plateau of Haugastøl in Norway and as a testament to just how tough the race is, only 8 of the 350 riders completed the 5 laps of the course.
Luckily the weather gods played nice for the day, providing what the riders describes as the best wind conditions ever, reaching almost 44 knots.
That does not mean there were not podium places for the top skiers and snow boarders which you can check out below.
