A little introduction to snowkting for the girls from our friends over at BoardChicks. We will let their reporter Eva Krul tell you all about it.
This February I went to Norway again to still my snow-kite hunger. I really love this enormous aeria called the ‘Hardangervidda’. Small mountains, snowy rooftops that can be used as kickers and super deep pow. And not totally unimportant: WIND! With only a few knots you can go crazy with your (foil) kite!
Because of my urge to share my passion about (snow)kiting I wanted to make a girls snowkite movie. While filming I noticed there actually were a lot of girls! More than there have been other years. That means that the sport is still growing among us girls and I really like that. BUT girls… there are still more men!
I just love to ride with other girls and as well as riding hard, we are riding happy!
