Today Marie is going to show you two recipes to prepare a complete breakfast in only a few minutes.
The MugCake
It is only a small cake that is baked in a mug in the microwave in two minutes or less.
You just need these two instruments, a handfuls of ingredients and about 5 minutes and voila.
I’ll give you a basic recipe that I use to make a delicious MugCake:
-1/3 Cup oatmeal
-1/3 Cup millet (optional) else you can make 2/3 cup oatmeal
– 1 tbsp coconut flour
-1 tsp Baking soda
– 2 Egg whites
-1 tbsp of fruit puree to makes the cake less dry
– 4 tbsp almond milk
-10g of Protein powder such as whey or pea protein
Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave and turn out onto a plate.
Here the most natural version possible without protein powder and with a cinnamon cream cheese topping.
The Super Vitamin Smoothie
Nothing is easier and faster to get your energy dose in the morning:
– 1 seasonal fruit
– Optional 1 vegetable (spinach is good for promoting iron)
– 1 cereal dose
– Milk, water or tea
– Some ice
