Shaka Ponk are: Goz, Frah aka François Charon (vocals and other instruments), Mandris (bass), CC, aka Cyril (guitar), Steve (keyboard, samples), Ion Meunier (drums) and Samaha Sam (vocals). They formed in 2004 and released their first album Loco Con Da Frenchy Talking in 2006 followed by the excellent Bad Porn Movie Trax recorded in Paris in 2009.

They finally conquered France with The Geeks and the Jerkin ‘Socks released in 2011, followed by the cherry on the cake… they recorded the title ‘Palabra Mi Amor’ with the incredible and talented Bertrand Cantat.
Bringing a breath of fresh air to French rock and to the French music scene something new to be proud of.
